Checking in was a hassle as my reservation couldn’t be found, despite having a confirmation number. Additionally, I experienced continuous weird noises throughout my stay that disrupted my sleep. When I requested a detailed receipt upon checkout, I was told multiple times to wait for an email, which was not satisfactory as it contained incorrect information.
